Update to my previous post: $PRQR AX-0811 has progressed beyond CTA approval. CTIS now shows the trial as ongoing/recruiting, with trial and recruitment start on Aug 26. SGS Belgium is actively recruiting for ProQR study 2600030, with Cohort 2 already scheduled for October. Cohort 1 is no longer publicly listed. First dosing is not yet confirmed, but execution is clearly underway.

$PRQR Today Cantor event highlights: AX-0811 dosing has started, with PD data from the first 2 cohorts expected in early Jan. Management projects 40–65% editing and will define biomarker thresholds on Sept 30. AX-0810 9mg + 12-week follow-up will be presented later this year. 810/811 selection will drive the BA IIT, with H1’27 data. Potential pivotal Phase 2 targeted for mid-2027. 5 clinical readouts across 4 molecules over the next 12 months. My opinion: good progress, but the real test is still ahead. Until AX-0811 proves in humans the major increase in editing predicted vs AX-0810, the platform’s true potential remains unproven.

$PRQR My guess is that next catalyst 9 mg/kg + 12-week AX-0810 data could arrive in Sep-Oct. Cohort 3 was already ongoing and all 33 subjects were enrolled by June 25. With 4 weeks of dosing followed by 12 weeks of follow-up, the dataset should be clinically mature by early fall. Year-end guidance may simply leave room for data lock and conference timing.

$PRQR FYI and this might be garbage 🗑️ talk but this ticker came up in 2 district LLM models trained with bio data 📊 that could have the best possibility with least risk to 5x in the next 6 months. Of these 2 models no other 2 tickers overlapped. Just this one.

$PRQR Now I get why the company has been effectively quiet since $LLY got into the picture. $LLY is now hiding all their phase 1 trials and MoA to protect intellectual property, especially with the current spate of Chinese biotech copying... it's gotten that bad. We are effectively an Eli Lilly early stage subsidiary !

$PRQR 4,439 watchers and not one of us can pierce the corporate veil at LLY… also, I hope Hodor and the traders who don’t have a clue what this is all set stop losses at the super obvious $2 mark…
