Last year Q3 they had $3.26 mil in opening expenses. $4.41 mil in strategic realignment costs and another $2.3 mil in other writeoffs. That's $9.97 million in costs Q3 last year that won't show up this Q3. And the real debt that they pay interest on is $338.4 mil. Down about $8.5 mil in Q2. New management making the right moves so far.
