The company alleges violations of the Securities Exchange Act, asserting that hundreds of spoofing events artificially pushed its stock lower.Quantum said its shares traded above $460 on a split-adjusted basis in early 2020 with a market cap near $1 billion, compared with $7.55 by October 2024.
