Satia Industries announced that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on 30 September 2023.

Orders from text-book boards also give revenue visibility to the company at attractive prices. Such orders command higher operating margins as compared to open market.”Satia Industries is one of the largest Wood and Agro-based paper manufacturer in India. The company has a total installed capacity to 205,000 MTPA. The company is fully backward integrated, having integrated pulping, chemical recovery and power self sufficiency.The companys net profit jumped 178.27% to Rs 84.15 crore in the quarter ended June 2023 as against Rs 30.24 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2022. Sales rose 15.38% to Rs 481.17 crore in Q1 FY24 over Q1 FY23.
