These new agreements reflect the continuing strong demand for personal loans from both members and debt investors.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Details</h2>SoFi said that it has closed a LPB transaction with a leading global bank for an expected loan delivery of over $1 billion and a separate LPB transaction with a financial services and insurance group for $600 million over 12 months.Additionally, SoFi has also agreed terms on a new partnership with a top-five global private asset management firm, expected to deliver up to $2 billion over a two-year period.&nbsp;“Adding three new partners to our growing network shows the unique value of our Loan Platform Business to asset managers, institutional investors and partners more broadly,” said Anthony Noto, CEO of SoFi. “By connecting strong borrower demand with institutional capital, we’re building a capital-light, fee-based business that complements our overall lending business while leveraging our existing technology platform capabilities in underwriting, pricing, marketing and servicing.”SoFi’s Loan Platform Business drives capital-light, fee-based revenue by earning fee income for originating loans for partners while retaining servicing rights. ASTS Stock Rises After Hours – Q4 Revenue Jumps More Than 2000% YOY

The current valuation is "too cheap" for a company beating and raising earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) currently projected to grow at a 46% compound annual growth rate from 2025-2027, the analyst contended.&nbsp;UBS raised the firm's price target on Roku to $110 from $103 and kept a ‘Neutral’ rating on the shares.Wedbush also was among the firms who raised the firm's price target on Roku to $140 from $130 and kept an ‘Outperform’ rating on the shares. ROKU Stock Is Rallying Today – What Is Making Traders So Bullish?

The statement comes when Tom Lee has urged shareholders to approve a massive share increase.&nbsp;He also said that Bitmine is going to bridge TradFi (traditional finance) and DeFi (Decentralized Finance) with the help of its MAVAN platform which is Bitmine’s proprietary Ethereum staking solution. Tom Lee said at the time of launch Mavan, Bitmine will be the biggest staking operator in the world.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Bitmine’s Share Increase For Acquisitions</h2>Tom Lee earlier had urged shareholders to approve a charter amendment to increase the number of authorized shares from 500 million to 50 billion.
