$SKYA this whole deal is on shaky ground with SOL pricing near the lower limit of $100. If you actually read the deal, it may not even close.

$SKYA I'm still upset thay Fidelity wouldn't let me buy this earlier. If I would have bought when I wanted to I would have profited. They act like they make those decisions to protect the little guy, but really they are protecting rich malicious entities from getting short squeezed.

$SKYA I was guessing it must not have due to legal issues with Bastion trading over the SOL count. Otherwise we should be at $3 since they were paying $3 a share

$SKYA If Bastion does not participate in the offering - they will command a substantial part of the post tender float... possibly a controlling part... but the company won't have any SOL.

$SKYA For bulls looking for more than $3 - you're going to want to start thinking about what assets will remain and the sharecount after the tender if it goes through. As solana per share is actually higher than the $3 - what is left afterwards will be worth more than the current 3.x per share that the aum is. So 3 is one thing... but what happens to the microfloat and how much is it worth when the tender is done...
