$SKYH Every opportunity they get to kill the share price they take advantage of.  Because they priced their own stock at   and created a ceiling for the per share price they gave up the potential  for $54, 000,000 in warrant conversions. The move is a bit sketchy as the only logical reason was for a backdoor deal. We shall see in 4 months if I am correct.
