The Sempra Texas Utilities holds investment in Oncor Holdings. The Sempra Infrastructure includes the operating companies of subsidiary, SI Partners, as well as a holding company and certain services companies. The company was founded on October 11, 1996, and is headquartered in San Diego, CA.
