$SOXS SOXX and SOXL are running out of gas and SPY is at ATH… I’m ready to jump back in

$SOXS Not a fan of holding overnight, but between the bearish sentiment, bonds climbing, oil looking primed to climb again too, and SOXX showing basically no signs of life despite a huge announcement by Marvell. Would not be surprised to see $SOXS have at least one or two big days the rest of the week.

$SOXS Some day someone buying this will be correct. A couple of things to consider. Anthropic had a operating loss of $8 billion, OpenAI had operating loss of $20 billion. All the while China is using these companies AI to train it's own AI bypassing the huge cost to train large language models. Most companies had rather pay a lower cost to China AI, because they do not need the fastest and best AI models. I just find it diffucult understanding how these companies can be profitable in the future. When speaking about AI we are indirectly looking at the chip makers, as chipmakers invest in AI. NVidia has invested $30 billion in OpenAI. So we are seeing a recylcling of funds, where a investment by a chip maker into AI, then in return comes back as semi sales...shuffling of money from one to the other. With all that said, this can continue for some time, especially when the US government is backing AI and AI is lifting the markets and GDP. Taxpayers will be the end victims.

$SOXS big win for me so far, i managed to sold a lot of 600 shares at 34.12 bought at 29.31, net near $3K while holding a small core again 900 shares at 36.7 average, now if we slowly drifting back down i would add below 30 again
