$TSHA I’m in. Just the U.S. backlog is around 6000-8000 patients. Net price would be at least $2M per patient. We’re talking about $12B-$16B just from the backlog, not even talking about new patients or ex-U.S. patients

$TSHA Very good company, to my point of view the recent decline is unjustified. Impressive clinical results, well capitalized which is very important. Management seems very disciplined. It's a strong buy and hold.

With rates rising and broad economic anxiety in the backdrop, the coil is tightening and the short trap is close to being sprung. The CO raised $200M in June priced at $6, ~100% efficacy, BLA filing readiness: there are many logical parties interested in this science. Taking this opportunity to add significantly on technical weakness.

$TSHA Regardless of what the the POS XBI does were red as usual. XBI flew on friday, we gained like 4 cents. Now XBI's down 1.6 % and we get dragged down 7 percent plus. Makes no fuckin sense and the last offering we had was at $6. POS keep playing games but you wont get one fuckin share of mine.

Considering the macro setup, excessive debt issuance (public & corporate) crowding out equities & adding systemic risk, how do these factors affect TSHA’s ultimate outcome? Past performance is not indicative of future performance: not convinced TSHA will replicate the ~$8.7B exit achieved by Nolan/Suku’s prior company, even with a similar patient population footprint. 1) Is anyone concerned that buyout probability is diminishing? 2) Could TSHA follow a path similar to $RARE, approved products, real revenue, but a market cap capped near ~$2B?
