Market value is about $22.87B at $533.12 (16:00 ET Oct 16, 2026); Q2 2026 revenue was $783.3M. The catch: SUMMIT is only a 16-week Phase 2 safety study in about 40 patients. If it succeeds, a Phase 3 registration study starts in 2028.

$UTHR I don’t always agree with AI’s interpretation, but I think this is correct regarding high margin additive revenue from the expansion of Tyvaso’s indications (both in PH-ILD and eventually IPF). IPF approval this coming April is essentially a guarantee.

Also, the company issued Q3 revenue guidance above estimates.

The +12.3% to $540.54 was the Street unwinding that expectation, not just cheering the verdict. The share math is the one level down. Yutrepia had been gaining share on Tyvaso each quarter. If the '327 ruling slows or stops that, the Tyvaso trajectory in Street models may be marked too low. Leerink: that upside "was not previously reflected in Street estimates." The read-through already moved: MannKind, UTHR's Tyvaso partner, popped ~17%. Final judgment lands in about a week: label strip, sales injunction, or royalties. That decides whether this is franchise protection or franchise plus income.
