$UZX I have my own reason to like this stock : 1) OS 3M post split 2)I guess they may let the stock run huge cause if the deal have to go through they have to loose less shares cause it’s caped 49%. It’s private placement $3/share. Most of the penny run way more than they pay , and I guess they make instant profit . Second if they let it go company can raise some money as well I guess.
