$VEON has done such an amazing job devising and executing a revised biz plan that we’re at pre-war levels, even though the Ukraine war is still going on. 

The question for me is: Wehn dividends?? 

Grok estimates a range between $2 and $4 per share in annual dividend payouts if it were restored in the next year or two.

I’m not in a rush, and would prefer appreciation of value thru the SP to shareholders for now, but the prospect is VERY tantalizing..
