$VFF update on our Oct 13 pick. Village Farms signed an employment contract with Stephen Ruffini, its CFO until September, as EVP of mergers and acquisitions, effective Oct 16. Base salary is 400K, against 549K paid to him as CFO in 2025, with a bonus target up to 50% of salary and stock awards up to 30%. The contract runs to May 31, 2028 and pays 18 months of salary if he is let go without cause, leaves for good reason or the term ends.
