The Stellar network is an open source, distributed, and community owned network used to facilitate cross-asset transfers of value. Stellar aims to help facilitate cross-asset transfer of value at a fraction of a penny while aiming to be an open financial system that gives people of all income levels access to low-cost financial services. Stellar can handle exchanges between fiat-based currencies and between cryptocurrencies. Stellar is also a payment technology that aims to connect financial institutions and drastically reduce the cost and time required for cross-border transfers. In fact, both payment networks used the same protocol initially.  Distributed Exchange Through the use of its intermediary currency Lumens (XLM), a user can send any currency that they own to anyone else in a different currency.  For instance, if Joe wanted to send USD to Mary using her EUR, an offer is submitted to the distributed exchange selling USD for EUR. This submitted offer forms is known as an order book. The network will use the order book to find the best exchange rate for the transaction in-order to minimize the fee paid by a user.  This multi-currency transaction is possible because of "Anchors". Anchors are trusted entities that hold people’s deposits and can issue credit. In essence, Anchors serves as the bridge between different currencies and the Stellar network.  Lumens (XLM) Lumens are the native asset (digital currency) that exist on the Stellar network that helps to facilitate multi-currency transactions and prevent spams. For multi-currency transactions, XLM is the digital intermediary that allows for such a transaction to occur at a low cost.  In-order to prevent DoS attacks (aka spams) that would inevitably occur on the Stellar network, a small fee of 0.00001 XLM is associated with every transaction that occurs on the network. This fee is small enough so it does not significantly affect the cost of transaction, but large enough so it dissuades bad actors from spamming the network.   Prior to Protocol 12, Stellar had a built-in inflation mechanism conceived to allow account holders to collectively direct inflation-generated lumens toward projects built on Stellar.  As the network evolved and grew, it became increasingly clear that inflation wasn’t working as intended — account holders either didn’t set their inflation destination or joined inflation pools to claim the inflation themselves, and the operational costs associated with inflation payments continued to rise — and so a protocol change to disable inflation was proposed, implemented, voted on by validators, and ultimately adopted as part of a network upgrade. Monad also offers complete EVM compatibility, where applications built for Ethereum work on Monad without any code modifications, and users can connect with familiar wallets like MetaMask just as they would on Ethereum. Developers can immediately tap into Ethereum's established ecosystem of tools, libraries, and applications while benefitting from Monad’s performance improvements. The platform also runs on consumer-grade hardware rather than expensive specialized equipment, making it accessible for more people to participate in securing the network.  Monad has raised approximately 244 million dollars in total funding across multiple rounds. The company secured 19 million dollars in a seed round in February 2023 led by Dragonfly Capital, followed by a 225 million dollar Series A round in April 2024 led by Paradigm at a 3 billion dollar valuation. Other notable investors include Electric Capital, Greenoaks, Coinbase Ventures, and prominent angel investors such as Naval Ravikant.

<ul class="summary-bullets"><li>Analysts expect VinFast to post stronger quarterly revenue and narrower losses.</li><li>The company is expanding across Europe and Asia with electric buses and new VF6 and VF7 SUVs.</li><li>VinFast continues to target global growth despite delays at its U.S. factory and a broader shift away from North America driven by high logistics costs.</li></ul><p>Shares of VinFast Auto Ltd. marked their biggest drop in nearly a month on Friday, ahead of the company’s quarterly results on Tuesday, with Wall Street expecting stronger revenue and slightly narrower losses as the Vietnamese EV maker leans on expansion in Asia and Europe and ramps up new product lines.</p><p>The stock ended 3.2% lower on Wednesday before easing 0.3% further in after-hours trading.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2"><strong>Wall Street Expectations</strong></h2><p>Koyfin estimates revenue of $823.36 million, up 23% from the prior quarter, while EBITDA is forecast to improve to a loss of $372.46 million from a loss of $420.69 million. EBIT is projected at a loss of $480.95 million, compared with a loss of $528.67 million last quarter. GAAP and adjusted EPS are both expected at a loss of $0.29, compared with a loss of $0.35.</p><p>Koyfin data shows four analysts cover the stock, with a consensus ‘Strong Buy’ rating. The 12-month average price target is $5.83, with individual targets ranging from $5.5 to $6. With the stock currently trading at $3.46, analysts see about 73% upside.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2"><strong>Expanding EV Footprint In Europe</strong></h2><p>The earnings come as VinFast&nbsp;deepens its presence in Europe’s commercial transport market. In October, the company introduced its&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/news-articles/markets/equity/vin-fast-takes-on-byd-mercedes-with-electric-buses-in-europe-amid-global-expansion-drive/ch6bC83R3Xq">first electric buses on the continent</a>, which are the EB8 and EB12, to be sold in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Sweden, with first deliveries expected in 2026. The EB8 carries 60 passengers with a 290-km range, while the EB12 carries 90 passengers and can travel up to 400 km, both charging fully in roughly three hours.</p><p>The move marks an attempt to broaden VinFast’s global presence after slower consumer traction in North America and Europe. The company already operates hundreds of e-buses in Vietnam and sees the European public-transport market as a way to build credibility and visibility for its EV technology.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2"><strong>India Push With New VF6 And VF7</strong></h2><p>In September, VinFast also introduced<a href="https://stocktwits.com/news-articles/markets/equity/vin-fast-sparks-retail-trader-buzz-with-first-ev-launch-in-india-joins-byd-nio-x-peng-in-asia-s-electric-car-race/chwWmM1RdAb"> electric SUVs in India</a>, including the VF6 and VF7. Prices begin at ₹16.49 lakh ($19,800) for the VF6 and ₹20.89 lakh ($25,000) for the VF7. Both come with free charging and maintenance through 2028, panoramic sunroofs, and warranties of up to 10 years. The electric SUVs will be assembled at the automaker’s new factory in Tamil Nadu, which will also serve as an export hub for South Asia.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2"><strong>Manufacturing Shift&nbsp;</strong></h2><p>VinFast has continued to pivot back towards Asian markets, as soaring logistics costs and softening demand in Western markets have squeezed the company.
