$VHI Valhi not really participating in the big rally of its subsidiaries. It owns 72% of CIX which is +60% in the last month, and 76% of KRO which is +35%. Relative valuations not making sense here, good pair trade opportunities. Buy VHI, sell subsidiaries, these should converge.
