$VICI 2 billion share purchase would be over 80,000,000 shares bought back by VICI … Do you think that might be good for the stock price?

$VICI I am not greedy, closing my shorts out tomorrow for a VERY nice profit. Made a very healthy return over the past 6-8 month and that is not even counting my puts along the way. But from a TA standpoint VICI is starting to dip in to oversold which is normally when I close out. do I think it could continue down, absolutely, but secure money in the bank is far sweeter than maybe a few more % gain.

$VICI Q3 revenue rose 5.8% to 1.1 billion dollars and AFFO per share rose 4.3% to 0.62 dollars, basically in line with consensus. GAAP EPS fell 56% to 0.31 dollars though, on a large non-cash change in the CECL credit loss allowance. Net income was 342.5 million dollars, while the rent-driven AFFO line grew 7.5% to 685.2 million dollars. Management raised the full year AFFO guide to 2.47 to 2.48 dollars a share, and the board authorized a new 2 billion dollar buyback after the quarter ended.
