$VISN doing the math most likely but I think allot depends on the ER and future guidance. Obviously they are more confident to distribute another $1.50 imo.

$VISN (Vistance Networks, the network-gear maker that sold Ruckus to Belden in July) will pay a $1.50-a-share special cash distribution: ~$346M on 230.6M shares, about 24% of its ~$1.41B market value at the $6.13 close on Oct 13, 2026. That is nearly half the $700-750M of year-end cash it guided to in August. Holders get cash, taking 2026 specials to $16.50 a share; the cost is a thinner war chest for deals and buybacks, though a $160M tax refund is expected in 2027. Record Oct 26, paid Nov 6, ex-date Nov 9, after payment.
