Perplexing price action today, options volume up as well for November expiration, but nothing that would suggest a take private has leaked.   I don't think we sell for more than 20, but it's possible,  I don't see them staying public for much longer.

$VITL never thought this would be back in the 8s - stocks really do go for a ride. no position here. don’t like what’s happened to cash position at all. current ratio has been in a downward trend in a way i don’t like - especially given the slow down in bringing the new facility online.
