$VIVS So it seems we were subject to a coordinated naked short stock raid on July 16th. The float was about 10-12m after dilution, and over 9m shares failed to deliver. They shorted almost the whole float over. I'm fucking furious. I wouldn't be surprised if they're still doing it to ensure the stock goes to OTC or has to RS, thus eroding further shareholder confidence. Absolutely atrocious behaviour.

$VIVS Lowered my average for the 8th time since my entry in 2016. Now down to $7.50 from $14. Tiny sum though, so its easy.

$VIVS I like it‼️ On March 25, 2025, we sold our FXR program and related assets to Eli Lilly and Company (the “FXR Asset Sale”). The consideration for the FXR Asset Sale included potential milestone payments by Eli Lilly and Company of up to $50.0 million in the aggregate, which are contingent upon the achievement of certain development, regulatory and commercial milestones. In July 2026, we received a milestone payment in the amount of $5.0 million upon the achievement of a certain development milestone related to the FXR Asset Sale; however, there can be no assurance that we will be entitled to receive any additional milestone payments, and there is risk that any or all of the remaining milestone events may not be achieved, that disagreements may occur regarding the achievement of such milestones and that any or all of the remaining payments tied to the achievement of the milestone events might not be received.

$VIVS VivoSim Labs Expands Asia-Pacific Access Key Partnership Details South Korea Partner: JCBio was appointed as an authorized distributor to bring human-based toxicology platforms to the Korean market. Core Offering: The distribution covers NAMKind toxicology services focusing on the human liver and small intestine. How the Platform Works Model: Uses a "molecules in, data out" framework. $VIVS Today's news is neutral to slightly positive and should not affect the stock price significantly. The stock is down right now because traders who bought high in premarket are trying to exit. Last offering was at $0.85 per share in July. On August 31, their Chief Commercial Officer purchase 10,000 shares at $0.2804 per share. Armistice Capital owns 10.47%. They have a reasonable cash runway. They may receive up to $45 million in future commercial milestone payments from Eli Lilly related to the sale of their inflammatory bowel disease drug program. The company market cap ($4.3 million on my broker) is well below potential receipts from Eli Lilly. They may announce new commerical contracts at any time, especially in 2027. They recently added two customers in China. I'm not particularly excited about their business model, hard to know when they will be profitable. Seems like their services are too cheap.

$VIVS We might see something here building something useful Here’s why 🔹 Expanding the platform Just announced plans to develop a **rat liver model** 🔹 Complements their existing **NAMkind human liver platform** 🔹 Broader toxicology offering Gives pharma more tools under one roof 🔹 More capabilities = more contracts Higher value for customers who still use traditional models They’re building a full suite, not just one product. $GPRO $LIDR $RITR $HKPD
