$VPLM Electric, I just want you to know that (unfortunately) I haven't sold a single share. I'm either the biggest fool or the most amazing investor. :) Time will tell. This thing is still ALIVE!! Getting to DISCOVERY is still a possibility. The stock is so cheap... investors have to wonder about the incredible opportunity sitting there for the taking.

$VPLM $.0028 Spoke to a retired broker buddy, the one who introduced me to VPLM. He has a corporate attorney, ex-client, who has poo-poo'd VPLM for years; well, he has changed his tune. This attorney, after reading recent filings/responses, now feels VPLM has a real shot of crossing the goal-line. After all these years, it was great to hear!

$VPLM $.0025 I am no fan(putting it softly) of AI, but it does even the playing field a bit. VPLM has few resources, as compared to the defense, but AI does help our legal team in going up against the army.

$VPLM Sorry, just catching up on the other site... after reviewing the details, L Kelly 10/4 posts an INCREASE in his odds. Of course you can take this with a grain of salt, but his reasoning is sound and he presents both the pros and the cons. Here's his the conclusion from his latest post: If I were reducing both posts to one sentence for our VPLM investment thesis, it would be: The Third Amended Complaint may have finally connected the dots from technical architecture ? coordinated foreclosure ? reduced competition ? supracompetitive prices ? consumer injury, making dismissal less certain; the remaining make-or-break issue is whether Moss accepts the alleged coordination as plausible enough to justify discovery. 65- 70 percent chance this case advances to discovery now in my opinion.

$VPLM Did you all see L Kelly's 9/29 post on the other site? Oh boy, his opinion is 60/40 in FAVOR of VPLM surviving Dismissal. Damn, this thing is close. If you're the praying type, might want to hit the knees and ask God for some justice here. Just need to push it over the line of scrimmage so we can get to Discovery!

$VPLM funny., all the AI POSTS , that were on ihub ,that were so positive, prior and in between the 2 court sessions, were so good it gave investors hope..and in actuality an in reality, judge moss gave us the shaft putting it mildly...i may regret dumping , but the next session will be the final chapter...i hope it works out for long share holders, but one more ass ripping this hits triple zeros...good luck folks

$VPLM thats it folks , mr no ballz has moved his price target now to 5.00 jan 2027...folks the next court date there is a 75% chance the judge wraps this up..and dismisses it all...the judges tone of voice says enough!..
