Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. (LSPD) shares fell about 2% on Wednesday despite the Montreal-based e-commerce platform’s upbeat commentary&nbsp;at the Capital Markets Day event. The company’s guidance reduction announced earlier this week prompted sell-side analysts&nbsp;to temper their opinions on the stock.In a statement released before the event, the company said its focused and disciplined approach will help accelerate customer location growth, expand subscription average revenue per user (ARPU) and drive profitable growth over the next three years.The company aims to win in its two primary growth engines, namely retail in North America and hospitality in Europe.It expects to grow gross profit for the primary growth engines at a three-year compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of about 20%-25% from 2026 to 2028. The total gross profit is expected to grow at a three-year CAGR of 15%-18%, hitting $700 million by the fiscal year 2028.&nbsp;Net customer locations for its primary growth engines will likely grow at a three-year CAGR of 10%-15%.Lightspeed Commerce guided top total adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) to about 35% over the same period and adjusted free cash flow to about $100 million in 2026.The company’s board approved the renewal of its normal course issuer bid for repurchasing an additional 9.01 million shares, valued at about $95 million, as part of an overall repurchase authorization of up to $400 million.On Monday, Lightspeed Commerce revised down its fiscal year 2025 revenue outlook to reflect year-over-year growth of about 18% from the previously expected 20%, citing macroeconomic headwinds.The company noted that deteriorating macroeconomic conditions that dented consumer confidence have led to a decline in same-store sales through February and March to date. Declining small business optimism dampened new business formation, it added.As such, these factors have exerted significant pressure on transaction-based revenue and, to a lesser extent, on subscription revenue.However, the company said it remains focused on profitable growth and was proactively managing costs. It continues to expect 2025 adjusted EBITDA of over $53 million.&nbsp;On Wednesday, ATB Capital downgraded Lightspeed Commerce stock to ‘Sector Perform’ from ‘Outperform’ with a C$17 price target ($11.91), TheFly reported.&nbsp;Separately, Benchmark reduced the stock's price target to $16 from $21 but maintained a ‘Buy’ rating.&nbsp;The downward price target adjustment reflected estimate-reductions, factoring in the impact of macroeconomic headwinds on transaction volumes. Shares of footwear maker On Holding AG (ONON) rose 1.11% in after-hours trading on Tuesday following a fourth-quarter earnings beat, lifting retail sentiment.Fourth quarter adjusted diluted EPS stood at CHF 0.33 ($0.37), beating estimates of $0.20 quoted by Wall Street.Its fourth-quarter revenue came in at CHF 606.6 million ($681.84 million), surpassing the estimated $662.42 million expected by analysts.The revenue grew by 40.6% on a constant currency basis, driven by strong growth in its brand across the globe, the company said.The “significant brand momentum” also drove strong traffic to On's e-commerce channel and global retail stores, resulting in a record high direct-to-consumer share of 48.8% of net sales in Q4, the company noted.“Our partnerships with icons like Roger Federer, Zendaya, and FKA twigs have propelled On to become a beloved brand, igniting a passion for On that transcends borders and cultures,” said David Allemann, co-founder and executive co-chairman of On.In 2025, On is confident to achieve a constant currency net sales growth rate of at least 27% for the full year, the company said.Sentiment on Stocktwits improved to ‘extremely bullish’ from ‘bearish’ a week ago. Shares of frozen foods maker Nomad Foods (NOMD) rose 4.5% on Monday after the company posted better-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings, but retail sentiment and chatter remained subdued.Nomad’s revenue increased 4.3% to €793 million ($846.8 million) in Q4 compared to the same period last year, surpassing the estimate of €792.81 million. Its organic revenue growth came in at 3.1% and volume growth increased by 4.7%, said the company.Its Q4 earnings per share stood at EUR 0.42 ($0.46), beating estimates of $0.39.For the full year 2025, Nomad Foods expects organic revenue growth of 1% and 3% and Adjusted EBITDA growth of 2%-4%. &nbsp;Adjusted 2025 EPS is now expected to be €1.85-€1.89, reflecting growth of 4% and 6%, versus its prior outlook of €1.81 and €1.85."Our 2024 results demonstrate the impact of our focused brand investments and operational excellence, marking our ninth consecutive year of sales and Adjusted EBITDA growth. Shares of frozen foods maker Nomad Foods (NOMD) rose 1.5% on Friday ahead of the company’s fourth-quarter earnings, with retail sentiment staying cautious.Nomad Foods is scheduled to report earnings before the market opens on Monday.Wall Street analysts expect the company to post earnings per share of $0.39 on revenue of&nbsp; $825.51 million, according to Stocktwits data.Nomad Foods has beaten EPS estimates four times in the past four quarters.
