GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR EVERYONE. Don't forget the previous chairman spent $8 million cash of his own money on shares and is majorily down. HE HAS NOT SOLD. They have 49 employees now reflecting on their Robinhood statistics. Thomas Tarala the CEO of $YYAI is also the auditor and comittee of $USDE.X and they still need to announce a new chairman (and maybe it will be a new management team) for $YYAI .

$YYAI Let's hope we get some filing regarding Best Life acquisition completion. Market was afraid of potential dilution regarding payment of remaining 7 million dollars to acquire Best Life. Now that last day is passing by, there hasn't been any offering, which strongly indicates that they had the money to do the payment. We are just waiting for confirmation. After the confirmation, hopefully this thing takes off and regain the lost trust. This is very undervalued right now. Last quarter was already profitable (without amortization). Revenue: 21 million dollars Net income: +5 million dollars (without amortization)

$YYAI Rafael AI's growth under YYAI has been significant. I expect Best Life to act same way Revenue breakdown of Rafael AI: FY2025: $ 25.22 M FY2026: $34 M Q1'27 ( whole quarter under YYAI): $15.23 M Under YYAI, Rafael's one quarter revenue cover nearly 50% of Rafael's whole year 2026 revenue. Nearly 60% of whole year 2025 revenue. That is massive jump, which will slowly justify why YYAI paid 140 million to aqcuire Rafael AI. The management saw the potential what the shareholder couldn't understand. Huge revenue jump proves. I believe its same case with Best Life we won't see the potential until we see its first full quarter under YYAI.

$YYAI with any kind of news or momentum, we can wipe these shorts out. Each day we are getting closer in my opinion!

$YYAI Important discovery: The ATM is currently unavailable The company's latest 10-K explicitly states: It raised approximately $172.6 million through ATM sales during its fiscal year ended April 30, 2026. It subsequently sold another 4,526,380 split-adjusted shares, raising approximately $16.3 million to finance an acquisition. The company cannot currently sell under its ATM agreement because its SEC reporting is not current. It does not expect to resume ATM sales until at least August 1, 2027.
