It would also increase the stock's market price, improving its attractiveness to institutional investors.Following the consolidation, the number of&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/YYAI">AiRWA’s outstanding common stock</a> will reduce to about 18.98 million from 949.07 million currently.&nbsp; The stockholders will receive a rounded-up whole share in place of any fractional share that would have resulted from the reverse split.&nbsp;In late August, the company, then called Connex Sports, struck a $500 million agreement with Singapore-based JuCoin to jointly establish aiRWA, a next-generation digital asset platform.&nbsp;According to the companies, the venture will focus on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization to bring traditional investments such as real estate, government bonds, and fine art into a digital format. As part of the deal, JuCoin committed a $100 million investment in AiRWA, including about $30 million of Solana (SOL) tokens.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Insider Stake Build</h2>Director and company insider Michael Anthony Belfiore recently bought a big chunk of shares through a series of transactions. A Form 4 with the SEC on Oct. showed that Belfiore purchased 3.21 million shares of AiWA stock between Oct. 8 and Oct. 10, valued at $1.03 million. Despite the recovery, the stock remained below the $1 mark. On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around the shares trended in ‘extremely bullish’ territory amid ‘extremely high’ levels of chatter.&nbsp;Platform data showed that the number of retail investors tracking the stock increased by 25% over the past day, while message volume increased 72%. Over the past week, watchers rose 81% and chatter jumped 404%.Earlier this week, Conexxa announced plans to rebrand as AiRWA Inc., marking a shift from sports technology to blockchain-based financial services. The company also unveiled a joint venture with Singapore-based cryptocurrency firm JuCoin Pte, which has committed an initial $100 million investment to AiRWA Exchange.That investment includes 150,000 Solana (SOL) tokens valued at about $34 million. Over time, the exchange is expected to receive $500 million in total funding from both partners. Conexxa Sports Stock Jumps Amid Retail Frenzy After Pivot To Solana-Based AiRWA Exchange

BMF Capital announced on Thursday that it has&nbsp;shorted Connexa Sports Technologies (YYAI), calling the company’s strategy a “textbook penny-stock hustle masquerading as a Nasdaq tech play.” <a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/YYAI">Connexa’s stock</a> slipped more than 5% during midday trade, with retail sentiment on Stocktwits trending in ‘bearish’ territory over the past day.&nbsp;The short seller&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://bmfreports.com/articles/yyai">argued</a> the company has repeatedly pivoted from one failed gimmick to another, adopting buzzwords like it was a “a serial grifter.” It noted that Connexa started with tennis ball launchers, then chased pickleball hype, later touted “connected sports hardware,” and now claims to be building an AI matchmaking platform.The report said that despite the hype Connexa has created around its endeavours, the company’s fundamentals tell a different story. It highlighted that Connexa only has $54,000 in cash at the end of the financial year 2025 and that it lacks liquidity, with management openly admitting that cash and receivables will not cover the next 12 months. “Insolvency risk is staring them down,” BMF Capital said.Governance was another focal point. According to the report, Connexa operates more like a private fiefdom than a public company, with majority shareholder Hongyu Zhou—who controls about 56%—filling the board with his allies.BMF Capital also flagged the company’s auditing history. Until late 2024, Connexa’s books were signed off by Olayinka Oyebola &amp; Co., the same firm the SEC is seeking to bar for its role in a multi-hundred-million-dollar fraud at Tingo, the report said.
