Richard Jackson, who was elevated to chief operating officer in October, is primed to&nbsp;take over as the CEO&nbsp;after Hollub's departure, Reuters reported, citing people familiar with the matter.&nbsp;</p><p>There is no firm date set for her retirement, the report added, and&nbsp;noted that&nbsp;the ongoing conflict in the Middle East could reshape her plans.&nbsp;</p><p>A company spokesperson did not confirm the news and told Reuters that it doesn’t comment on speculation.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Her Tenure</h2><p>Hollub’s departure would conclude over forty years at the Houston-based oil company, where she made history as the first woman to serve as CEO of a major U.S. oil firm. Before this, she oversaw Oxy's Permian Basin operations, transforming the company into one of the leading operators in the country's largest oil-producing region, the report said.&nbsp;</p><p>A transitional period is expected, the report said. This could include Hollub remaining in an advisory capacity to the new CEO, or announcing she ​will step down at a future date, with Jackson ​named CEO-designate. In 2025, CoolIT’s solutions delivered an estimated 2.18 billion kWh in energy savings, enough to power approximately 200,000 homes for one year, according to the statement.&nbsp;</p><p>At the time of acquisition, CoolIT employees became owners in the business through a broad-based ownership program, aligning the entire organization around long-term value creation. With this sale, CoolIT’s 650 employees will receive cash payouts, ranging from approximately one year of annual pay for employees to over eight years of annual pay. "In 2026, customers using IAM represented over $350 million in ARR, and Docusign reached record highs for operating margin and free cash flow."</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Outlook</h2><p>DocuSign said it expects FY27 revenue of $3.484 billion&nbsp;to $3.496 billion, compared to Wall Street estimates of $3.42 billion. What’s Driving DOCU Stock Up After Hours?

<ul class="summary-bullets"><li>The&nbsp;airline&nbsp;company has&nbsp;been pressured by rising fuel costs&nbsp;since the start of the&nbsp;U.S.&nbsp;and Israel's war with Iran.</li><li>Scott Kirby said United Airlines is succeeding in navigating higher fuel prices.&nbsp;</li><li>Kirby said the airline has cut a point of capacity reductions for the months of June and May and plans to extend it as well.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Shares of United Airlines (UAL) rose on Tuesday after its chief executive officer&nbsp;made optimistic remarks&nbsp;about the airline's revenue growth during a JPMorgan Industrials Conference.&nbsp;</p><p>Shares of UAL jumped 4.5% at the time of writing.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Strong Revenue For UAL&nbsp;</h2><p>“The revenue environment is really strong. By the way, we have a goal this year to fully offset the increase in fuel prices, which is about $4.6 billion at the moment for revenue to fully offset,” Scott Kirby, CEO of United Airlines said in the conference.&nbsp;</p><p>The&nbsp;airline&nbsp;company has&nbsp;been pressured by rising fuel costs&nbsp;since the start of the&nbsp;U.S.&nbsp;and Israel's war with Iran that&nbsp;has led to an increase in crude oil prices across the globe. Iran has effectively blocked the critical oil supply route of&nbsp;the Strait of Hormuz.&nbsp;</p><p>Kirby also said that the airline has about a $400 million headwind in the quarter related to higher fuel prices. “That's consistent with what you've heard from our peers. So it shouldn't be a big surprise. And we're having a lot of success passing through price,” he added.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Cut Capacity</h2><p>Kirby said the airline has cut a point of capacity reductions for the months of&nbsp;May and&nbsp;June, and plans to extend it&nbsp;</p><p>“I'd much rather and proactively at the near term, at least, mostly means cutting capacity and eliminating marginal flying. I'd much rather make the mistake of leaving a couple of months worth of demand on the table, because we cut more, and then you can get it back, as opposed to making the mistake of oil prices stay higher and longer and you're flying flights that lose cash.
