<ul class="summary-bullets"><li>Its billings during the quarter were $1.0 billion, a 10% year-over-year increase.&nbsp;</li><li>DocuSign sees FY27 revenue $3.484 billion-$3.496 billion, compared to Wall Street estimates $3.42 billion.</li><li>It expects FY27 annual recurring revenue year-over-year growth rate 8.25%-8.75% and adjusted gross margin 81.5%-82.0%.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>DocuSign (DOCU) shares jumped in extended hours of trading on Tuesday after it reported fourth-quarter (Q4) revenue higher than Street expectations.&nbsp;</p><p>DOCU posted&nbsp;Q4 revenue of $836.9 million, an 8% year-over-year increase,&nbsp;while analysts on average expected revenue of $827.33 million, according to data from Stocktwits.&nbsp;The company said the revenue was bolstered by strong performance in subscription revenue and professional services.&nbsp;</p><p>Shares of DOCU were up 1.4%, at the time of writing.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Q4 Earnings Snapshot</h2><p>The company said adjusted net income per diluted share was $1.01 on 205 million shares outstanding, compared to $0.86 on 215 million shares outstanding in the same period last year.</p><p>Its billings during the quarter were $1.0 billion, a 10% year-over-year increase.&nbsp;</p><p>"Docusign's AI-native IAM platform has established clear market leadership as the agreement system of action for companies of all sizes," said Allan Thygesen, CEO of Docusign. "In 2026, customers using IAM represented over $350 million in ARR, and Docusign reached record highs for operating margin and free cash flow."</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Outlook</h2><p>DocuSign said it expects FY27 revenue of $3.484 billion&nbsp;to $3.496 billion, compared to Wall Street estimates of $3.42 billion. <ul class="summary-bullets"><li>The&nbsp;airline&nbsp;company has&nbsp;been pressured by rising fuel costs&nbsp;since the start of the&nbsp;U.S.&nbsp;and Israel's war with Iran.</li><li>Scott Kirby said United Airlines is succeeding in navigating higher fuel prices.&nbsp;</li><li>Kirby said the airline has cut a point of capacity reductions for the months of June and May and plans to extend it as well.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Shares of United Airlines (UAL) rose on Tuesday after its chief executive officer&nbsp;made optimistic remarks&nbsp;about the airline's revenue growth during a JPMorgan Industrials Conference.&nbsp;</p><p>Shares of UAL jumped 4.5% at the time of writing.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Strong Revenue For UAL&nbsp;</h2><p>“The revenue environment is really strong. By the way, we have a goal this year to fully offset the increase in fuel prices, which is about $4.6 billion at the moment for revenue to fully offset,” Scott Kirby, CEO of United Airlines said in the conference.&nbsp;</p><p>The&nbsp;airline&nbsp;company has&nbsp;been pressured by rising fuel costs&nbsp;since the start of the&nbsp;U.S.&nbsp;and Israel's war with Iran that&nbsp;has led to an increase in crude oil prices across the globe. Iran has effectively blocked the critical oil supply route of&nbsp;the Strait of Hormuz.&nbsp;</p><p>Kirby also said that the airline has about a $400 million headwind in the quarter related to higher fuel prices. “That's consistent with what you've heard from our peers. So it shouldn't be a big surprise. And we're having a lot of success passing through price,” he added.&nbsp;</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Cut Capacity</h2><p>Kirby said the airline has cut a point of capacity reductions for the months of&nbsp;May and&nbsp;June, and plans to extend it&nbsp;</p><p>“I'd much rather and proactively at the near term, at least, mostly means cutting capacity and eliminating marginal flying. I'd much rather make the mistake of leaving a couple of months worth of demand on the table, because we cut more, and then you can get it back, as opposed to making the mistake of oil prices stay higher and longer and you're flying flights that lose cash. All trades are planned to be cleared through the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC).</p><p>"Cboe's filing with the SEC is the latest step in ensuring we are ready to offer overnight trading once the industry launches in December. Since announcing our plans for near 24x5 trading amid growing global interest for U.S. markets, we have been engaging with clients and market participants across the globe, underscoring the importance of collaboration throughout this process," said Oliver Sung, Head of North American Equities at Cboe.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Higher Volumes</h2><p>Demand for U.S. equities outside of traditional trading hours has grown significantly over recent years, evidenced by the growth in Cboe's U.S. Equities early trading hours volumes.&nbsp;</p><p>Cboe currently offers trading from 4 a.m. ET to 7 a.m. ET on two of its four exchanges, including EDGX, and has seen a 590% average daily volume (ADV) growth from February 2022 to February 2026.</p><h2 class="st-heading-2">Retail Reaction</h2><p>Retail sentiment around CBOE&nbsp;stock trended in ’bearish’ territory amid ‘neutral’ message volume.&nbsp;</p><p>Shares in the company have risen 16% so far in 2026.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
