$VG not  sure I’ve  seen  this  detail  elsewhere.     Reviewing  10-K  I  couldn’t figure  out  which  of  the  unnamed parties (with  claims  ranging  from $400 million  to  $2 billion) had  been  settle.     
 
Turns out  Edison  was party  seeking  $1.5  billion  in  damages.   
 
Given  tepid reaction to  the  settlement,  I  had  assumed they  were  the smaller  claimant.
