16$ was fair price even with the worst case of arbitration outcome pre Middle East situation. Except Goldman Sachs, every other analysts gave 8-9$ .

Now with SOH, BEM strait, and Qatar ras laffan issues analyst giving 19-20$ price target. It wouldn&#39;t surprise me a bit if we hit 35-40 EOY being conservative. GLTA
