$POET Accelink launched a fully owned subsidiary called Phabritek for high end optical modules. Subsidiary located in Malaysia. 

Not much online about anything yet, but interesting fact is that Almae is a subsidiary of Accelink as well. 

Poet has had news a few years back pertaining to both Accelink as well as Almae. 

Hard to see what a relationship here would like like (if any at all) since it is fully owned by Accelink. If anything maybe similar to a BFYY situation…where company was created with buying from POET in mind.
