@NewMoonHarvest if we hold  at least 2% of the shares the company cant be  liquidated or wound up until 98% of the shares is liquidated . if they manage to  buy back more than 98% of the shares , we are  fucked up  they  may  decide to  leave the rest of 1,9% of the shares in the market . those are automatically deemed worthless. so its extremely  important we hold more than 2% of the shares  ,  they are forced to raise the offer or the bid until 98% of the shares is returned or bought back. i dont sell my shares until 35dollars or no less than 30 dollars , i challenge and ask to all the retail shareholders please dont sell your shares for gift , those bastards mother fuckers , cant decide to go privat with the companyuntil at least 98% of the shares is bought back , its the rule for all those companies who decides to go privat need to buy back at least 98% of the shares out
