@Briley83 as a real estate investor I’ve often wondered the same thing. In my opinion let’s just say the feds go all out and cut 1/2 a point that puts us at roughly 6% flat let’s say the average mortgage for my area is $400,000  with the current rate on principal and interest we are looking at $2,528 with the cut it’s roughly $2,398. A $130 difference on average isn’t going to be the thing that fixes cash flow or incentivizes investors. Home prices have got to come down. (My theory)

@PennyWiseCalls I&#39;m amazed how well the Homebuilders stocks have done in the last month. They were starting to roll over and then boomed. The data shows real weakness in home buying but yet the stocks soared. Today is the third down day, so will see.
