$BBVA Is the Sabadell deal hampering BBVA stock? Spain Regulators do not approve. They said they&#39;d approve a merger with ANY OTHER Spanish bank... Great dividend at BBVA. Most of its profit is from Latam, though. Mex regulator OK&#39;d BBVA taking Sabadell&#39;s MEX assets.... It appears this deal might not happen, at least not in full.
