Lawyers will take 20-30%. Alterna has a 7.9m profit share liability. They have 16.6m in NOLs, but taxes will eat away on the remaining balance at a 20% rate. 
 
And then there&#39;s the possibility of an appeal. That can take a while, and delay collecting the award. Do you take a 5-10% discount to settle and get your $ today and avoid an appeal? Or do you wait maybe a year plus and risk an appeal? And do the defendants have enough $ to payout the award? 
 
Probably re-rates higher once cash is on the balance sheet.
