Not sure if any other offers for a higher deal price have come in.  What a joke. The only people who made money are the scam artists involved in the SPAC offering and some executives

@Zeno77 definitive agreement states 1.43 and don&#39;t think they can entertain any other offers at this point. yes a shame.  so low.  so unless i mis read stock transactions this morning why would someone today pay 1.435 when going private vote is days away and transaction is imminent. im sure they have the votes so why would someone buy over the agreed price albeit its small.  manipulate vote? create fear?
