$IXHL Joel can be fired as ceo only by  the board  of direction vote no way the shareholders can fire him even if  the majority of shareholders vote  against him he cannot be fired  only   the board of direction can fire him by vote ,  i experienced this situation in $ADXS we the shareholders called an voting assembly to vote the remove of the ceo the vast majority voted for remove him ,then the board of direction had the duty to remove him and find another ceo inside of the board of direction but  he was not fired because the majority of the board voted in his favor , then he took his  revenge against the shareholders ,first he  fired all the directors who voted agains him and the stock some weeks later WAS DELISTED and went  OTC expert market consenquently the shareprice collapsed from 0,3 to 0,000001  ,we the shareholders lost all our money so we got the lesson if you try to fire joel and you fail most probably you are gonna lose all  your money he may revenge
