Darpan Sanghvi launches Cofounder Circle, commits equity and cash flow to startups Published Sep 08, 2025 | 11:57 AM GMT-04 Entrepreneur Darpan Sanghvi, founder of Good Glamm Group, has launched Cofounder Circle, an AI-native startup acceleration platform aimed at combining community, capital, and artificial intelligence under one roof.
Reflecting on his Good Glamm journey, Sanghvi said the company fell into a “momentum trap” by pursuing rapid acquisitions without consolidation. Cofounder Circle, he stressed, is built to help founders avoid similar missteps, with mentorship and incubation as its core pillars.
A key differentiator is Sanghvi’s commitment to community ownership. From day one, 50% of Cofounder Circle’s equity has been distributed among former Good Glamm stakeholders, ex-employees with ESOPs, current team members, and ecosystem mentors. He has also pledged that 100% of free cash flow above 20% profit after tax will be reinvested into startups on the platform.
“This model creates a flywheel where the community itself promotes entrepreneurship, making it self-sustaining rather than a one-time initiative,” Sanghvi said.
Cofounder Circle positions profitability as a priority from inception, contrasting with Good Glamm’s growth-first approach. Sanghvi said the platform’s structure ensures that startups become the biggest beneficiaries—first through incubation and acceleration, and later through direct reinvestment of profits.
