Puravankara Limited said Group Chief Financial Officer Deepak Rastogi has resigned with effect from the close of business on Sept. 23, citing personal reasons.
The company said Niraj Kumar Gautam has been elevated from Deputy CFO to CFO, effective Sept. 24, subject to approval from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors.
Gautam is a strategic finance leader with over 23 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, taxation, and investor relations, and has led capital raising efforts exceeding
₹15,000 crore.
