Two buzzing midcaps are in focus after strong chart setups and sharply diverging fundamentals drew retail attention ahead of the earnings season.
SEBI-registered analyst Vinay Taparia highlighted Neuland Laboratories and Netweb Technologies as technical breakout candidates.
Neuland Laboratories
For Neuland, Taparia pointed to a bounce from an upward-moving trendline and a small breakout on Friday.
He recommended buying at the current market price of ₹12,301 for targets of ₹14,000, ₹15,220, and ₹18,000, with a stop-loss on closing below ₹11,550.
The time frame is one year.
Netweb Technologies
Taparia also noted a cup-and-handle breakout in Netweb Technologies, accompanied by heavy volume.
He suggested buying at ₹1,947 for targets of ₹2,080 and ₹2,350, with a closing stop-loss at ₹1,860 for a time frame between 6 months and 1 year.
Netweb reported strong March quarter and full-year numbers for FY25. It also launched Skylus.ai, a GPU-based platform for AI infrastructure management.
Chairman and MD Sanjay Lodha said FY25 marked the company’s highest-ever quarterly and annual income and profit after tax, backed by a strong order pipeline and growing AI adoption.
The board has recommended a ₹2.5 per share final dividend, implying a 12.4% payout ratio, pending shareholder approval.
