Connectivity names are trading at better fundamental numbers now than they were prior to their recent runs If the market didn't hesitate to push them higher the first time, they'll certainly not hesitate to push them higher again with stronger numbers backing up the industry Ofc, all of this only makes sense in hindsight, and not during volatility. $ALAB JPMorgan’s $465, RBC’s $500, Evercore’s $452, Jefferies’ $450, Needham’s $425, Roth’s $450 and Morgan Stanley’s $382 were all updated on August 5 after Astera’s Q2 results/guidance. These aren’t stale targets left over from when ALAB was running higher. And JPMorgan explicitly said it increased its estimates through 2028 after the earnings report because of the stronger-than-expected Q3 outlook and Scorpio X ramp. That’s particularly relevant to the forward-P/E exercise we just did. So at today’s roughly $289, the really bullish post-earnings targets imply: $425 = +47% $450 = +56% $465 = +61% $500 = +73%
