Fiserv, Inc. (FISV) stock soared more than 12% on Tuesday and notched its best single-day climb since April 2004 following the company’s strong third-quarter results that beat Wall Street expectations.
Goldman Sachs analyst Will Nance raised the price target on Fiserv to $61 from $56 and maintained a ‘Neutral’ rating on the shares after its Q3 earnings beat. The revised target implies an upside of about 4.45% from its last close.
Nance said that while investors were concerned about another guidance revision against a steep ramp in Q4 implied guidance, a reiteration of future guidance was well received, the analyst said, according to The Fly.
