Bitcoin spot ETFs recorded $75.47 million in inflows on Wednesday, with IBIT contributing more than $60 million.

In early trading on Thursday, Bitcoin prices rose 0.5% to $92,232.14 at the time of writing, according to CoinMarketCap data, while Ethereum dipped 2% to $3,032.62.

BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust saw $523 million in net outflows on Tuesday, marking the ETF’s largest day of outflows since its January 2024 debut.

In early trading on Wednesday, Bitcoin prices rose 1% to $91,800.47 at the time of writing, according to CoinMarketCap data, while Ethereum gained 1.9% to $3,094.72 and BNB was up 2.2% to $931.05.

More than half of that $1 billion was from bets on Bitcoin, totaling around $570 million.

Lee said Ethereum’s valuation metrics, like assets locked on-chain and long-term ratios to Bitcoin, indicate it may be nearing a bottom.

Ethereum holdings of the co-founder and former CEO of Bitmex fell from 6,500 ETH to 5,000 ETH over the weekend.

Bitcoin ETFs saw $240 million in inflows on Thursday, ending a $2 billion outflow streak since late October.

Bitcoin ETFs have seen over $2 billion in withdrawals since October 29, the second-worst streak on record.

Volatility in crypto markets led to more than $1.3 billion in long bets getting wiped out, alongside roughly $400 million in short positions, according to CoinGlass data.

Most retail traders polled on Stocktwits expect the Federal Reserve to cut rates, with 61% expecting a 25-basis-point reduction.

The apex cryptocurrency advanced over 4% to $111,210.66, at time of writing, while Ethereum rose 4.5% to $4,058 and XRP gained 5.2% to $2.47.

According to a Bloomberg report, sources indicated that discussions remain ongoing, with a formal announcement expected within the next few weeks.

Bitcoin was the top trending ticker on Stocktwits on Friday morning, followed by MSTR’s stock and Ripple’s XRP token.

Glassnode noted that with ETF inflows weakening and volatility spiking, the market is in a “reset phase” and that its recovery hinges on renewed demand.

The apex cryptocurrency was down over 1.7% at $110,673.64 at the time of writing, as per CoinMarketCap data. Ethereum slipped over 3% to $3,999.10, and XRP dipped 3.7% to $2.41.

According to on-chain analysis firm Glassnode, the Bitcoin options markets show net premium concentration between $115,000 and $130,000, suggesting traders remain positioned for upside.

CoinGlass data showed more than $100 million in crypto liquidations over the past hour, compared with $716 million over the previous 24 hours.

According to on-chain analysis firm Glassnode, Friday’s wipeout after Trump’s tariff threat to China triggered the largest futures liquidation in Bitcoin’s history.

Bitcoin prices rose to $114,776.10, Ethereum prices gained to $4,142.30, while XRP prices stood at $2.54 at the time of writing, according to CoinMarketCap data.

Long traders absorbed the bulk of losses at roughly $450 million, while short liquidations totaled about $40 million.

According to a CNBC report, crypto investments were thus far restricted to clients with aggressive risk tolerance and at least $1.5 million in assets who opted for taxable brokerage accounts.
