$ACVA You want proof that BCLI is a zombie company? they lost 3.9M but only have 200k in cash. They physically cannot survive without more massive dilution. RMTG is already servicing its debt with operating income.

$ACVA has effectively turned into a merger-arbitrage story. On September 10, Copart $CPRT agreed to acquire ACV for $10.50 per share in cash, valuing the equity at roughly $1.9 billion. ACVA is now trading around $10.44, leaving only a small discount to the offer price. From here, quarterly growth matters less to the stock than whether the transaction closes on the announced terms. Both boards unanimously approved the deal, with closing expected by year-end 2026. It still depends on customary conditions, including sufficient shares being tendered and U.S. antitrust clearance. At this price, I’m mainly watching the remaining spread versus the risk and timing of completion rather than looking for traditional upside from the business itself. Not financial advice.
