The Vegetation Management segment includes all of the operations of the former agricultural division plus the mowing and tree care operations. The Industrial Equipment segment covers the company's vocational truck business and other industrial operations such as excavators, vacuum trucks, street sweepers, and snow removal equipment. The company was founded by Donald J. Douglass in 1969 and is headquartered in Seguin, TX.
