$ALP I am frustrated to see a move like this RS after the extension was granted, didn’t think it was impossible, just thought they wouldn’t do it. But imo that doesn’t erase the milestones ALP has had and what is in the future. $ALP I used to be really bullish on this stock, but it seems like they just want to grab money from retail through ATM. There was no reason to do 1:50 RS as they could apply for 180-day extension or do one at lesser ratio. Such an extreme ratio tells me that they know that the price will drop further via dilution.

$ALP I have a theory they will release bullish news prior to Wednesday when reverse split is actived to create a low float squeeze on which they will immediately dilute their ATM money in order to minimize float size post dilution thanks to a higher price.
