In exchange, ARKHIVE intends to issue 150,000,000 ARKV tokens to ANON, valued at USD $0.00183 each, representing 30% of its circulating supply, along with a 30% equity stake and a board seat for ANON CEO Denis Franks, who will also take on an executive role within ARKHIVE.The LOI also outlines a broad strategic collaboration aimed at integrating ANON&#8217;s SimpliiCrypto and SimpliiAI platforms with ARKHIVE&#8217;s suite of decentralized tools. The companies plan to jointly develop new digital asset products, including real-world NFTs (pNFTs and dNFTs), ARKADE, prediction markets, and ARK Score analytics. The partnership also contemplates shared R&amp;D, enhancements to AI infrastructure, and coordinated cross-marketing initiatives intended to expand both ecosystems.Funds advanced by ANON are expected to help support ARKHIVE&#8217;s continuing development needs, spanning platform architecture, smart contract engineering, NFT marketplace infrastructure, liquidity, marketing reserves, and scaling of decentralized operations.ARKV tokens issued to ANON will be subject to a vesting schedule: 20% (30 million tokens) will be free trading at launch, while the remaining 80% (120 million tokens) will vest over 16 months following ARKHIVE&#8217;s Token Generation Event.Franks said the strategic alignment between the two companies makes the opportunity particularly compelling, especially given ARKHIVE&#8217;s Pre-TGE positioning and shared vision for Web3, AI-enhanced decentralized systems, and tokenized ecosystems.
