L3Harris Gets $2.26B Contract To Deliver Modified Bombardier Jets To South Korea

Earlier this month, South Korea’s President Lee Jae Myung said that the country will raise defense spending by 8.2% to 66.3 trillion won.

(HON) projected a record number of new business jet deliveries over the next decade in a report published on Monday.The company said that 8,500 new business jets, with a projected value of $283 billion, will be delivered over the next 10 years, with an average annual growth rate of 3%."Operators are increasing their usage rates, and in turn, manufacturers are continuing to ramp up production to keep pace with growing demand. Investing.com -- Shares of   Bombardier Inc   (TSX:BBDb) soared 3% on Monday, lifting the stock to its highest level since 2011, after RBC (TSX:RY) Capital Markets increased its price target on the business jet manufacturer to C$175 from C$108. The call reflects growing investor confidence in the company’s long-term free cash flow potential and valuation re-rating despite near-term earnings remaining below Street estimates.
