They'd probably also have the money to do the deal in opposed to MRVL and COHR is half the price with double the revenue... $NVDA already has a 2B stake in both LITE and COHR. Dunno if AMD is intrested in the business (NVDA obviously is) but they have been buying a lot of AI related companies lately..
