Existing validator Circle anchors stablecoin issuance with USDC, while Talos delivers trading technology and on-chain analytics focused on post-trade validation.&nbsp; Chainlink provides oracle services and CCIP to enable secure cross-chain interoperability, powering swaps between central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) in Hong Kong and Australia.As a super validator, Visa said it is looking to be more than a passive participant, with voting power over network decisions. It will also help verify transactions and contribute to the governance of core infrastructure.&nbsp;"Many banks see the lack of privacy as a dealbreaker for moving meaningful activity onchain," said Rubail Birwadker, Visa's Global Head of Growth Products and Strategic Partnerships.
