$CYH $9.6 billon in debt vs $311 million of market cap.  Annual debt expense is $800 million.  If the company were liquidated today the shareholders would get zero and debt holders wouldn't be whole either. This stock is basically a call option that the company can sell off hospitals faster than the debt comes due.
