<ul class="summary-bullets"><li>The company saw payment volumes go up by 10% year-over-year to $43.9 billion during the quarter.&nbsp;</li><li>BTIG analyst Andrew Harte said&nbsp;the firm&nbsp;sees&nbsp;an upside in PSFE shares over the next year from leverage reduction.&nbsp;</li><li>BTIG kept a ‘Buy’ rating on the shares.&nbsp;</li></ul>Paysafe stock rallied 22% on Tuesday after it reported&nbsp;an increase&nbsp;in quarterly revenues, prompting financial services firm BTIG to see an uptick in the company's shares over the next year.&nbsp;The company posted&nbsp;a 4% rise&nbsp;in Q4 revenue of $438.4 million,&nbsp;amid an uptick in payment volume, compared to $420.1 million from the year-ago period.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Q4 Snapshot</h2>The company saw payment volumes go up by 10% year-over-year to $43.9 billion during the quarter.&nbsp;Paysafe (PSFE) said that adjusted net income fell to $25.5 million or $0.46 per diluted share versus $29.5 million or $0.48 per share.&nbsp;"Paysafe’s fourth quarter results are consistent with what we outlined in November, and the full year of 2025 marks our third consecutive year of organic revenue growth,” said Bruce Lowthers, CEO of Paysafe.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Outlook For 2026</h2>The company said it sees 2026 revenue in the range of $1.79 billion&nbsp;to $1.83 billion, whose midpoint is in line with the consensus of $1.81 billion, as per data from&nbsp;Fiscal.ai. Paysafe sees 2026 adjusted EPS in the range of $2.12-$2.32. Analysts on average had expected profit of $2.29 per share.&nbsp;“In 2026, we are focused on creating outstanding experiences for both our customers and employees, while targeting higher revenue growth and double-digit adjusted earnings per share growth,” he added.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Analyst Take</h2>BTIG analyst Andrew Harte said&nbsp;the firm sees&nbsp;an upside in PSFE shares over the next year from leverage reduction.&nbsp;However, the analyst lowered the firm's price target on Paysafe to $10 from $11. BTIG kept a ‘Buy’ rating on the shares.&nbsp;The firm said the company's Q4 results were mixed as the Digital Wallet segment beat revenue expectations, while the Merchant Solutions segment missed. Mobileye Sees Highest Spike In Auto Retail Chatter As Stock Jumps On Volkswagen Tie-Up

Volkswagen is partnering with Valeo and Mobileye to enhance its driver assistance systems to Level 2+ in upcoming models built on the MQB platform.

BofA said it sees Mobileye’s 2025 guidance, which missed estimates, as offering stability despite cautious views on growth and profitability.

Mohawk Industries (MHK) shares edged higher on Friday after the company’s fourth-quarter earnings topped the Wall Street estimate.According to Koyfin data, the flooring company reported adjusted earnings of $1.95 per share for the three months ended Dec. 31, compared with the average analysts’ estimate of $1.85 per share.Its quarterly revenue rose 1% to $2.64 billion, exceeding the Street estimate of $2.54 billion.Towards the end of last year, central banks in the U.S., Europe, and other regions cut interest rates, but the company said this had little effect on housing turnover in most areas.“While residential demand remained soft in our markets, our product introductions last year and our marketing initiatives contributed to our sales performance around the globe,” CEO Jeff Lorberbaum said.The sales impact from U.S. hurricanes was limited to about $10 million, Lorberbaum added.In its Global Ceramic Segment, net sales increased 1.5%, impacted by unfavorable pricing and mix and partially offset by productivity gains.The company said it implemented many cost-containment initiatives, including reengineering products, improving processes, and rationalizing higher-cost operations.Flooring Rest of the World segment’s net sales decreased by 2.1%, Mohawk said.
